Albanian and Bosnia-Herzegovina citizens, holders of biometric passports do not need a visa to enter Greece for 90 days in a period of 6 months
From January 11th, 2010 onward, Taiwanese passport holders that are including the number of their ID card (on the 3rd page of the passport, just above the holder's date of birth) will no longer need a short stay visa in order to travel to a member State of the Schengen area.
As a consequence, they will be able to travel to Schengen countries without visa and have short stays for a maximum of 3 months within a semester.
WARNING:
-Taiwanese passport holders who benefit from this visa exemption are not exempted to show, when entering a Schengen border gate, the following mandatory documents (Schengen borders code): proof of accommodation, if necessary letter of invitation (case of a family or private visit or a business trip), a return air ticket and some means of living (international credit card, traveller's cheques, cash and so on)
-This visa exemption does not concern the holders of Taiwanese passports which do not mention the number of their ID card. |
